30-Day Service Guarantee – Brushed Treatments
All TurfGlo brushed cleaning services come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your service results do not meet widely accepted artificial turf industry standards within 30 days of completion, we’ll return to assess and, if needed, reperform the service free of charge.
Before every job, we set realistic expectations based on the condition and age of the turf. Our goal is to leave your surface looking fresh, hygienic, and revitalized — with results that last.
Product Satisfaction Guarantee – TurfGlo Enzyme
We proudly offer a 30-day product satisfaction guarantee for TurfGlo Enzyme products. If you’re not happy with the result, simply return the unused portion within 30 days. You’ll receive a full refund (minus postage).
TurfGlo Shield – Spray & Go Guarantee (15 Days)
For our light application Spray & Go treatments (TurfGlo Shield), we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. This allows you time to assess odour reduction and surface freshness.
If you’re not satisfied within this window, we’ll reassess the site and offer a suitable corrective solution at no additional cost.
Turf Repairs & Installations – Limitations Notice
Turf repair and installation services are not covered under the satisfaction guarantee due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Turf age and wear
- UV damage and sun exposure
- Sub-base movement or drainage issues
- Pre-existing adhesive or infill deterioration
We’ll always advise you upfront of expected outcomes, risks, and limitations — ensuring you’re informed before we begin.
Pre- and Post-Service Photos
To ensure quality and transparency, we take before and after photos of every job. These photos:
- Document existing conditions
- Support any follow-up guarantee work
- Provide peace of mind for homeowners, tenants, property managers, and body corporates
Photos are available on request and may be included in your service report if required.
ATP Hygiene Certification – Optional Add-On
TurfGlo offers ATP surface hygiene testing for clients who need documented proof of surface cleanliness (e.g., real estate, childcare, or pet care). This test is performed using professional-grade equipment and swabs.
- Cost:$79 (includes testing and certification report)
- Turnaround:Provided at the end of your service upon request
Note: The test is optional, as results from TurfGlo Shield alone do not require ATP testing to be valid.
