Terms & Conditions
TurfGlo Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 29/04/2024
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the gardening services provided by TurfGlo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our artificial grass cleaning and maintenance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
- Services
We provide artificial grass cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to a thorough clean to remove pet odour, bloom to fluff grass blades, fix to amend small problems and flush, which provides a deep clean and infill. The scope of our services will be as agreed upon with you and outlined in our service agreement or quotation.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
If cancellations are made the day before the scheduled service, there will be a cancellation fee of $105.00. For cancellations made on the day of service, the fee will be $145. Note, we may also need to reschedule appointments due to factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers who have enrolled in a TurfGlo plan can opt to cancel it after 12 months from their sign-up date. If cancellation takes place within the initial 12-month period, the price difference between the single service and TurfGlo plan price may apply.
When a customer has entered into a service agreement for an agreed period and terminates the agreement before expiration of the period then the customer will remain liable for payment of the balance.
- Customer Obligations
You agree to provide us with access to your property and access to water. We will provide all necessary equipment and products. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information about your service area and any specific requirements or preferences.
- Complaints
Any complaint regarding any TurfGlo services provided must be made within 14 days of the service being provided by emailing craigw@turfglo.com.au.
- Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee that our artificial grass cleaning and maintenance services will be performed with reasonable care and skill and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for a 30-day period. Some factors such as ongoing rain after the service and size of dogs might impact how long the product is effective and we will advise of this prior to commencing. Additional service frequency might be required. If you’re not entirely satisfied, please email craigw@turfglo.com.au within two weeks of the service, and we’ll do our best to address the issue.
Before commencing any work, we will discuss with you and advise of the expected rejuvenation outcome, considering factors such as the age of the turf and its general wear and tear condition. The customer’s exclusive remedy is the corrective action of service, and TurfGlo’s liability is limited to the original cost of service. We do not claim the grass blades will stay upright after the service is completed. Clients agree to waive any other forms of recovery.
- Payment Processing
All payments are due payable at completion of each service. As a payments infrastructure company, our security posture continually evolves to meet the rigorous standards of the global financial industry.
- Liability
TurfGlo absolves itself from any liability related to present or future concerns regarding the turf system, including sub-base conditions, drainage, grading, edging, weed proliferation, or the functionality of blades and matting.
TurfGlo holds no responsibility for damages, injuries, or inherent risks associated with animals or other elements linked to artificial turf systems, including our services and products.
TurfGlo will not be held liable for any damages sustained by adjacent surfaces, encompassing, but not limited to, furniture, pots, or plants.
- Additional Services and Measurements
Initial services will necessitate measurements conducted by our technicians, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Any additional square meterage exceeding the initially agreed-upon measurement will incur charges at the rate specified in the proposal and on our website.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our artificial grass cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and “know how” are owned or licensed by us. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
